With a keyboard, with a screen reader, with the text enlarged, or on a phone. Where it does not, that is a fault to fix, not a preference, and there is a person to tell.

What this site is held to
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA, are the target. That is the standard most organizations in the United States are measured against, and it is the one used here. It is a target that is worked toward and checked, not a certificate anyone hands out.
What is already true
Every page can be reached and used with a keyboard alone, and the focus outline is left visible rather than switched off. Headings run in order so a screen reader can move through a page by structure. Every image carries text describing it. The menu button on a phone announces whether it is open or closed, and the contact form has a visible label on every field, not just grey text inside the box that disappears when you type. The confirmation after the form is sent is announced, not only shown. Nothing flashes, and the one moving element on the site is decorative and is not loaded on a phone at all.

What is still being fixed
Automated testing puts the site in the low nineties out of a hundred rather than at a hundred. The two items it keeps naming are links inside body text that were distinguished by color alone, which are being underlined page by page, and a small number of labels set in type smaller than the rest of the page. Both are being worked through. Automated testing is also not the whole picture, which is why the next section exists.
