One person built it, and he still runs it.
The platform gathers across data sources, cross references at a scale no team works at by hand, and assembles what it finds into structured, sourced reports. Investigation agents run casework inside it on demand. Every one of them is supervised by a licensed investigator, and nothing leaves the building until a human has checked it against the source.
He wrote the requirements, chose the architecture, built it, and has maintained it through every model change since. He built the AI his own investigation firms run on, and he still runs it.

Every claim carries provenance back to a source, the record of what was used and who checked it is kept, and a human verification gate sits between the output and the finding. This is the Standard he wrote, running as software.
What it protects
Protected parties are separated from subjects at intake, so a victim is never worked as a target. Casework survives an interruption, and spend is governed at every stage.
