What this site collects, in plain English.
This site has one form and no accounts. Nothing here is sold, traded or handed to an advertiser, and there is no marketing list.

What the contact form collects
Three things you type: your name, your email address, and your message. Nothing else is collected with them, and there is no hidden field beyond one empty box that only an automated bot fills in, which is how the form tells a bot from a person.
Where it goes
Straight into Matt Aubin's own email inbox. It is not stored in a database on this site, it is not fed into a customer management system, and it does not go to a team. The message travels through the mail service that delivers it and nowhere else. If that delivery is unavailable, the form opens your own email program instead, in which case the message never touches this site at all.
What it is used for
Answering you. That is the whole purpose. Your address is not added to a mailing list, because there is not one, and you will not get anything you did not ask for.
How long it is kept
As long as the email thread it belongs to, in the same way any business correspondence is kept. Ask and it is deleted.
What is never done with it
It is never sold. It is never rented, traded, shared for advertising, or used to train anything. No advertising network, data broker or profiling service receives anything from this site.

Do not attach evidence to the form
The form takes text only, and it is not the right place for case material. Say what you have and a secure route to send it comes back in the reply. Anything discussed in an engagement is handled under the confidentiality that governs investigative work, which is stricter than this notice.
//Measurement
What is measured while you read
One measurement tool runs on every page: Vercel Web Analytics, from the company that hosts this site. It records a page view with the page address, the page you came from, the rough country or region the request came from, and the kind of device and browser. It sets no cookie and it does not follow you to any other website.
A second one, Google Analytics 4, is wired into the site but switched off. It loads only if the site owner sets an environment variable to turn it on, and today that variable is not set, so nothing from Google runs while you read this. If it is ever switched on it will set its own cookies and record the same sort of page and device information, and this paragraph will be rewritten to say so before it is.
Neither one is an advertising tracker, neither builds a profile of you across sites, and neither identifies you by name. That is measurement of pages, not of people.

Asking for a copy, a correction or a deletion
Write to matt@e3intel.io or call (813) 373-4181 and say what you want: a copy of what was sent, a correction, or deletion. It is answered by a person within one business day. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into.
This site serves clients across the United States. If anything here is unclear, ask and it will be answered in plain English rather than rewritten in longer legal words.
