What does the consulting expert on AI evidence do for counsel?
He works behind the attorney and is not disclosed to the other side. He examines the AI assisted or AI generated evidence, tells counsel plainly whether it holds up, writes the analysis, and briefs the attorney on what to demand in discovery, what to ask, and where the method breaks. When money has left a business through a compromised email, a cloned voice or a crypto wallet, the same seat covers the first 72 hours through the claim.

What is the standard all four are held to, and why does it matter to your insurer?
The Evidence-Grade AI Standard is a written set of rules for using AI in investigations so the findings hold up wherever they are read. Sourced inputs. A documented, repeatable method. The system and version recorded. Independent human verification of every output. A chain of custody, and disclosure of how AI was used. A firm that runs to a written standard, and can show it, has a record to put in front of a client, a carrier or opposing counsel instead of an explanation from memory.

How is the work priced?
On value and results, never on hours, and no figure appears on this site. Every engagement is scoped in writing after one conversation about the problem, the size of the operation, and the deadline. The retainer is paid in full before work begins, and the scope states exactly what you receive. There is no hourly meter and no surprise invoice. If the work grows, a new scope is agreed before the added work starts.

Investigating since 2009. Founded his first firm in 2010 and built it into Southern Recon Agency in 2014. He holds the Florida Board Certified Investigator designation, held by fewer than fifty people in Florida, and the Certified Digital Forensics Examiner credential. He built a proprietary AI investigation platform his own firms run on live cases. He authored the Evidence-Grade AI Standard that all four things are held to. He has worked cases alongside the FBI, the SEC, the U.S. Secret Service, and the U.S. Marshals Service, and he teaches the subject: he trained a delegation of Brazilian prosecutors at World Orlando, the State Department sponsored conference in Orlando, and he delivered "A-I for the Modern Private Investigator" at Intellenet's 2026 conference on April 15, 2026.
